Shipping Policy
General information
Our shipping policy is Standard Shipping. This means that you could receive your merchandise from 24 hours to 7 business days within Mexico, after your order is placed. We do not ship outside the territory of the Mexican Republic.
Section 1 – Shipping cost
For purchases over $2000.00 pesos the cost of Shipping is $399.00 pesos. For purchases under $1000.00 pesos the shipping cost will be $199.00 pesos, and for orders between $1000.00 pesos and $1999.00 pesos the shipping cost will be $299.00 pesos, depending on the shipping method you choose.
Section 2 – Delivery time
Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2:00 p.m. will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will ship the next business day. Delivery time may vary depending on what you choose when completing your order, for domestic deliveries it can be 2 to 5 business days.
Please note that during holiday periods and promotional seasons, delivery times may vary. In extended areas, delivery times may be longer depending on the courier.
Section 3 – Origin of shipment
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in the city of Extension of Zaragoza 730 Int 9, 20115, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico .
Section 4 – Shipping Address
Your order will be sent to the address you provided when you placed your order. You can make changes to the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped and the delivery time may change.
If you are not at home, the parcel and logistics services will make 2 to 3 delivery attempts and will leave a notification. After the attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouses and we will be able to send it to you again, covering the shipping cost again.
Section 5 – Method of delivery
We use logistics services from certified courier companies such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, Redpack or UPS. Depending on the product and shipping address, we will choose the best courier.
Section 6 – Shipping Notification
Once your order has been approved and your payment has been validated, we will notify you via email, text message or messenger (according to your choice when completing the order) of the progress of your order. When we ship with the package, we will send you the tracking number so you can track your order.
Section 7 – Receiving the shipment
When you receive your order, check that your products are complete and in optimal condition. If not, please validate our return policies. If possible, record the opening of your order for any subsequent clarification.
